Experience joy through movement as we practice 19 gentle fluid movements and 1 pose in the non-martial art of T'ai Chi Chih. a movement meditation. 

These movements can be performed by individuals of most any age and ability or condition. 

Some reported benefits include regulated blood pressure, weight and stress reduction, increased balance, mental alertness, energy, sleep, creativity and peak performance as well as enhanced immune system response. 

The movements can be performed while standing or sitting.

Chitra Pillai acquired her 900 hours yoga teacher certification from the oldest school of yoga in India, The Yoga Institute in SantaCruz, Mumbai.
Besides the teaching of yoga asanas, pranayamas and meditation, Chitra has edited several books on yoga as well as participated in numerous workshopsat the institute.
That contributed to the understanding of how and why different practices resolve different imbalances and ailments in the human body-mind-spirit complex.
Her well attended classes were conducted initially through the Jointure, in Middlesex and Somerset since 1997.
Her classes comprise of yoga asanas, pranayamas, meditation and the much enjoyed discussions on yoga philosophy.
