Bring a pillow if you would like, an eye mask, journal/pen/water bottle and anything you would like to put on the altar during the ceremony.

Heather is a psychic medium, reiki master and facilitates past life regression at our center.   She has been utilizing the power of the full moon in her own healing journey for quite some time and loves teaching others how to do the same.  She has created a sacred space to allow others to release and let go of what no longer serves a purpose in your life.

April 25th

Heather will be discussing the power of the full moon and how to harness its energy, we well as the lunar ecplise and spring equinox! 

The ceremony will include, card pulling, journaling, burning/releasing intentions,

guided meditation infused with Reiki.

She will create a safe space to share and release what no longer serves us.

The full moon shines its light on releasing old patterns, beliefs and emotions.

So come join in community for our full moon meditation ceremony.

Steps:

Part 1: Make an account on Red Cross and complete the e-learning portion of adult pediatric CPR/AED. You cannot perform the skills portion (part 2) without the certificate of completion.

***This is Part 2:

Part 2: Schedule the in-person skills session - this will take anywhere from 10-30 minutes depending on performance. This can be done up until 60 days after completion of Part 1.

The skills portion must be completed within 60 days of completion of the online portion of the program.

You will need to bring in physical proof of a completed Part 1 (a screenshot or physical paper), before you attend this in-person skills session (Part 2).

Rhythm & Rhyme Toddler Music & Dance Class

5 week session

Our parent and toddler music and dance class is a fun and interactive way for children

and their caregivers to bond and explore the world of music and movement. During the

class, we will sing popular nursery rhymes and use instruments such as maracas to

shake to the beat. Children will also have the opportunity to develop their gross motor

skills through parachute play, clapping, stomping, and jumping while caregivers

connect with other parents and make new friendships.

This workshop exposes the massage therapist to mindfulness-based skills that can help potentiate their therapeutic competence by learning techniques based on Tragerwork principles. Application of such skills aims to stimulate the brain's neuroplasticity, introduce new neural sensory information, and activate positive neuromuscular changes in clients. Inherent to the skills is support to the therapist's own self-care which ensures career longevity.

Tragerwork Mindfulness presented by Fernando Rojas, RSMT, LMT PhD. Fernando has been a bodyworker since 2004, a therapeutic massage instructor since 2010, and a NCBTMB authorized CE provider since 2013. He has had the privilege to train and certify under recognized masters of Osho Rebalancing and Joint Release, the Trager Approach, Traditional Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Medical Massage, Yoga, Zen, among others. He is the recipient of a grant to pursue and complete a doctoral program with Northumbria University in Newcastle, UK where he explored the intersection of Mindfulness and skilled action, and a published author in academic journals, international conferences and a doctoral thesis.
